I offer 1:1 herbal consultations for those looking to get to the root of what's going on in their body, whether that's chronic or acute symptoms, stress held in the body, or a general sense that something's out of balance. Together, we'll look at the full picture of your health and build a plan that actually fits your life.
As part of every consultation, I can create custom herbal remedies made specifically for you from teas, tinctures, infused vinegars, oils, salves, hydrosols, and more. Alongside lifestyle support and, if it calls to you, energetic herbalism like flower essences. Herbal remedies are priced separately based on what's formulated for you, except where noted in the package below.

We'll dive deep into your health history, current concerns, and daily rhythms, what's nourishing you and what's depleting you. After our session, I spend 1–3 hours researching and formulating a personalized lifestyle support & herbal plan built specifically around what came up in our conversation.

Follow-Up Sessions | $75 for 45 - 60 minutes
For continued care including adjusting your plan as your body shifts, refining your formulas, addressing other concerns and staying supported as you move through your healing journal.

Everything you need to get real momentum: your 90-minute initial consultation, three follow-up sessions to refine your plan along the way, and all herbal remedies included for a 3-month period of support.

For clients in ongoing care who want to commit to a rhythm of support.
