We'll begin with introductions, then meet a featured plant together as Liz shares its story, gifts, and ways of working with it. From there, we'll settle into a guided plant meditation followed by a sound bath. The evening closes with time to relax, chat, and connect over a warm cup of Pluripotency tea.

We will go over the history of fire cider, how you can experiment with different herbs and flavors and to create your own custom flavor and support for your body. This herbal infused vinegar brings warmth to the colder months and helps support your body with common conditions that arise with the colder months.
