Over the next two years, I curated daily blends for my family, relishing the intuitive process but craving a more intentional approach.

In 2023, I embarked on a transformative journey, delving into Herbal Medicine Making and an herbal approach to Body Systems at the California School of Herbal Studies, founded by the iconic Rosemary Gladstar. This experience deepened my understanding and passion for herbalism, fueling my commitment to share this wisdom with my community.
